This Zumba Step benefit is one of my favorites because no other workout will work on your lower body and give a cardio workout simultaneously.
Even if you find a similar workout then there is always the fun factor of this workout which has he upper hand on all workouts. The workout infused with Latin music and more than 10 different dance styles in one is the greatest advantages Zumba will have on other workouts.
One class = Climbing 4,000 meters
Following a Zumba Step routine can really change the way you see Zumba.
One Zumba Step class is equal to climbing 4,000 meters. Mind=blown. Climbing a 4,000 meter mountain will leave your legs, thighs, glutes and butt burning beyond measure. It’s almost climbing half Mt. Everest.
It is one of my favorite Zumba Step benefit.
Improves Balance and Coordination
Your legs, glutes, butts and thigh muscles are really important for you to maintain your balance. In these body parts, there are many smaller and critical muscle which will get worked on during the workout and get stronger each day. Enhancing your balance skills and coordination day by day.
For example, if you perform squats in your gym your leg muscles will get crazy strong and your knees will get stabilized due to proper form and strengthening of the ligaments in your knees. The same happens in a Zumba Step routine. Follow your Zumba Step Training on a regular basis to improve your balance and coordination.
It’s fun
Not just Zumba step program, all types Zumba workouts are fun. The club atmosphere in the class, people dancing around you and the music that forces you to shake your hips. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Experience Zumba at Home: My Suggestion

I prefer sometimes to go for Home workouts. so I use Zumba DVD. The best thing about working out at home is you will have time to manage your own way as you are not going outside for any session and you will save a lot of time.
